Halaka Catering and Fine Dining Services was started by Chef Yasin El-Alwi after decades of international fine dining, farm-to-table horticulture, luxury weddings, and steering open-line kitchens finally brought him back to the fires and flavors he learned in his earliest years spent cooking with his Libyan grandmother, to whom this business is dedicated. Rest in peace, Ij’daida.
