Deposits & Booking Terms

A 50% deposit is due upon booking confirmation and is deducted from your final bill.

Booking Lead Time

  • Retreats & Festivals 14+ days’ notice before event setup
  • Banquets & Deliveries 7+ days’ notice
  • Holidays & peak seasons earlier booking recommended to guarantee your date

Service Charges

  • Lunch Banquets 13% for parties over 20
  • Dinner Banquets 13% for parties over 14
  • 75+ miles outside Alameda County +10% transportation & service surcharge

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before event setup Deposit only is charged
  • Within 48 hours of the event Entire remaining balance is charged, with no service fees
